Job Description
  • . To assist claims for Group policies.
  • . To deliver prompt customer service in relation to claims, injuries to clients and agencies.
  • . To assist in establishing a proper administrative system for group claims & benefits which may include project work on systems as well provide statistical reports on a regular basis.
  • . To liaise with providers such as MCOs, Hospitals and adjustors as and when necessary as part of claim verification work.
  • . To identify & provide feedback to superior on area for improvement on workflow and operations procedures.
  • . Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

  • . Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • . Minimum 1 years working experience in related field.
  • . Open Race and Open Gender (Malaysian applicants only).
  • . Working Hours : 08.30 am to 05.15 pm (Monday to Friday).
  • . Salary Range : RM 1,200.00 to RM 1,600.00
