1Malaysia Traning Scheme Programme is a program to enhance employability (employability) or the ability of graduates to find employment in collaboration with the Government Linked Companies (GLCs) and private sector that implement SL1M as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
1. Malaysian citizen
2. Graduates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
3. Graduated from both Local and Foreign Institutions of Higher Learning as recognised by the Government of Malaysia or other than Government of Malaysia
4. Unemployed for at least 6 months after graduation or receiving final exam result
5. Eligible for graduates who are underemployed (where qualification does not match with employment and/or salary)
6. Graduates shall also register with JobsMalaysia, Ministry of Human Resources
