In line with our company objective to continuously build a pool of human capital for our current needs and future expansion requirement, we have an Internship Program. The Internship Program is for undergraduate that requires practical training as part of their course work requirement to complete their education.
The objective of this program is to give undergraduate an opportunity to experience workflows and processes in a real working environment. Our program is specially structured to give participants an overview of the day-to-day management activities right down to the operation activities on the shop floor. At the end of the program, every participant would be assessed and evaluated on their level of understanding on our organization processes and candidate will be offered a permanent job straightly if the performance is up to our expectation.
REQUIREMENTS
1) To be attached to our company for a period of at least twelve (12) weeks
2) Obtain minimum CGPA 3.30
3) Official internship program letter from University
4) Resume, Cover Letter & Copies of Certificate
5) Transcript for each previous semester
6) Copies of I/C & 2 Passport size photographs
ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS
1) Each trainee will receive Practical Trainee Allowance RM 800.00 per month.
2) Accorded medical benefits and personal accident insurance coverage.
3) During the whole duration of the program, if they are required to work extended hours,overtime wages will be given accordingly.
