Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operations of cafe lounge and other showroom amenities for customers
- Provide daily Front Desk/Concierge services by attending to telephone call-ins and walk-ins enquiries promptly
- Daily tracking of enquiries and test drive
- Support CR administration in the showroom operations, test drive activities and database management
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / STPM, Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial, Management, Marketing or equivalent discipline
- 1-2 years' working experience in Customer Service is preferred.
- Good team player with a high degree of initiative and good organizational skills.
- Proficient in software applications, especially Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills with good customer service and able to interact well with all level of people
