TECHNICIAN (NRW) 

Responsibilities
  • Site verification/simulation of district metering area and zone metering area
  • Carry out leakage detection and perform active leakage control, pressure management and step test
  • Use DGPS equipment to collect site information of installations
  • Assist Senior Technician in the daily operational functions
  • Maintain and service pressure reducing valve
  • Conduct inspection and test at reservoirs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in NRW
  • Contribute to compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Contribute to compliance with Quality Management System
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements
  • SKM (Level 3)/ Certificate/ Diploma in Civil/Mechanical or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field
  • Knowledge and experience in Non-Revenue Water Management/ Geographical Information System is an added advantage
  • Flexible and readily work at odd hours
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to use other Engineering software (AutoCAD etc.) is an added advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Posses supervisory, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment

ELECTRICIAN 

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintenance of electrical equipment
  • Assist in ensuring all preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment are carried out accordingly
  • Assist in ensuring that all working procedures complies to safety and health requirements
  • Assist in ensuring all electrical equipment are in good, efficient and safe working condition
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate in Electrical field or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field
  • Knowledge and experience as wireman will be an advantage
  • Good practical knowledge in electrical (maintenance & installation)
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

CLERICAL OFFICER (OPERATIONS) 

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all work orders from Call Center and bulk assignments are assigned promptly and properly
  • Ensure all work orders are updated in Service Alliance (SA) within time frame
  • Ensure all materials (serialized and non-serialized) are updated correctly and promptly
  • Ensure all work order status from site agents are updated in SA promptly
  • Ensure generation and dispatch of letters to consumers for related modules
  • Ensure immediate correction is made on any updating errors
  • Perform any other duties from time to time

Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in Management or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in administration field
  • Knowledge in Oracle and Service Alliance system will be an advantage
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

CLERICAL OFFICER (FINANCE) 

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the debts recovery process are being complied with accounting standard and financial procedure
  • Review and analyse overdue debtors aging report
  • Ensure the reminders/ letters have been sent/ faxed within stipulated period
  • Negotiate and propose alternative payment methods for consumers
  • Solve consumers complaints/ appeals received via CHD reports, letters or phone calls
  • Liaise with Operations Department for further investigation
  • Feedback to consumers via letter of the outcomes of the investigation
  • Ensure the status updated and closed the consumers complaint via Service Alliance System
  • Liaise with Trade Receivable Unit and Unclaimed Money Unit
  • Prepare list of water related debts and provision of doubtful debt
  • Identify and review the long outstanding cases for preparing sequence of events
  • Liaise with Legal and Compliance Officer to enhance the efficiency of debt management
  • Perform any other Finance related duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements
  • SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
  • Preferably 3 years working experience in Finance with good accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge in Oracle and Service Alliance System will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
