Job Responsibilities: |
Primary
- To assist and attend walk in/email/phone customers pertaining to renewal of Foreign Domestic Helper/Maid and arrangement of fomema medical check
- To coordinate the Customer Service Officer Team (CSO) on the collection of passport and delivery of renewed work permit
- To attend and respond to customers inquiries pertaining to new deployment of foreign domestic helper from Cambodia and other approved countries.
Secondary
- To coordinate with clients and CSO Team on the deliverables of renewal work permit
- To assist in providing consultation and solutions on problematic issues pertaining to immigration services for foreign domestic helper/maid
- To be responsible for the arrangement of FOMEMA medical checkup, preparation of money order and other required documentation
- To prepare petty cash form in order and requisition of bank draft
- To prepare consignment for CSO Team in order ensure smooth work flow on the deliverables of work permit

Job Requirements: |
- B.A (Hons) Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Excellent public relation and communication skill
- Able to work with less supervision
- Able to achieve the objective and goals
- Able to coordinate other team member
- Well-versed with the SOP for Immigration Services -Foreign Domestic Helper/Maid Industry

Job Responsibilities: |
Primary
- To prepare and submission of daily transaction on-line permit renewal for Foreign Domestic Helper/Maid and arrangement of fomema medical check
- To monitor, update and keep track of the deliverables of passport and work permit
- To attend and respond to daily inquiries email from helpdesk (help@meyg.com.my) pertaining to renewal of work permit and new deployment of foreign domestic helper from Cambodia
Secondary
- To assist CSE team in coordinating with CSO Team on the deliverables of renewal work permit
- To assist in providing consultation and solutions on problematic issues pertaining to immigration services for foreign domestic helper/maid
- To assist CSE Team on the arrangement of FOMEMA medical checkup, preparation of money order and other required documentation
- To prepare petty cash form in order and requisition of bank draft

Job Requirements: |
- Bachelor Degree in Administrative with 1 year working experience
- Well-versed with the SOP for Immigration Services -Foreign Domestic Helper/Maid Industry Able to keep track on the administration & documentation
- Able to work with less supervision
- Able to achieve the objective and goals
- Able to communicate and coordinate with other team member
