Job Description:
To provide receptionist duties at the information counter, client
greetings and welcome
Handle enquiries and telephone calls
Attend to visitors enquiries and direct to the right host
Handles redemption of gift and lucky draw
Bookings of tickets
Data entry, routine administrative duties consisting of typing,
filing etc.
Skills Required:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/

To negotiate the renewal terms for existing tenants
Coordinate with sole leasing agent on site visit, documentation and
tenants' renovation.
Handle call-in enquiries, follow up meetings with callers, conduct
site visits, negotiate with prospective tenants, complete documentation and
coordinate on tenants' renovation.
Approach target local retailers, negotiate on terms and conditions
and complete documentation.
To assist in leasing, advertising and promotions activities
Skills Required:
Diploma, Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management,
Property Development/ Real Estate Management, Mass Communications or
equivalent.
