Application Customer Engineer - Expert
|
Responsibilities:
As a Post Sales Application Engineer located in Malaysia for the Life
Sciences and Chemical Analysis Group (LSCA) of Agilent Technologies you will
provide support to customers on Agilent Chromatography Instrumentation
(GC/LC/GC-MS/LC-MS) and/or Spectroscopy Instrumentation (UV/AA/ICP OES/ICP
MS/FTIR/Dissolution). Your primary responsibility will be providing remote
phone, on-site technical & applications support, and customer training.
You MUST be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
In addition to those activities defined above, the successful

Establishing and maintaining a highly responsive relationship and

R & D Hardware Test Engineer - Expert

Responsibilities:
This R&D Hardware Test Engineer position offers the opportunity
to work on Agilent’s Life Sciences & Chemical Analysis instruments. The
test engineer will engage with the R&D EE, ME and FW design teams throughout
the product development cycle to review the system architecture, product
specifications and customer applications. The test engineer defines test
strategies, designs test plan and test cases and executes tests to ensure
product meets design specifications, quality & reliability, safety,
regulatory and compliance requirements.
Review product specifications, project documentation, system

Description
Work proactively with key business partners
(AOF/Manufacturing) to ensure compliant trade and non-trade imports and
exports by Agilent's businesses and functions across all Malaysian ports of
entry, including adherence to all applicable U.S./non-U.S., and local laws
and regulations and with Agilent's policies.
Focus on compliance oversight of Agilent
