Senior Engineer (Sputter Equipment Engineering)

Responsibilities
·
Responsible for software development, software
configuration, software testing and documentation.
·
Responsible for installing, configuring,
upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing operating system, application
software, hardware and peripherals.
·
Troubleshoot system hardware, software,
networks, and operating and system management systems.
·
Maintain and enhance the server environment
where appropriate.

Requirements
·
Master / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science /
Software Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent with excellent
academic results.
·
Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
·
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Familiar with SQL Server 2005 or above is a
MUST.
·
Experience in Mitsubishi PLC source code will
be an added advantage.
·
Good knowledge in telecom business operation
and process flows are preferable.

Principal Engineer (Cleaning Process Development)
|
Responsibilities
·
Deliver process recipe for various type of NPP
and glass substrates and ensure new substrate’s defect level quality meets
internal and drive quality indicators.
·
Lead improvement projects on NPP and glass
substrate cleaning which includes machines design, new material and process
optimization.
·
Lead improvement projects on NPP and glass
substrate cleaning chemical which includes machine modification, new
chemistry and process optimization.
·
Setting up new advanced instrument and develop
methodology to support process improvement work.
·
Supervising and coaching technicians

Requirements
·
PhD or Master of Chemical Engineering field.
·
Minimum 5 years of related working experience
in glass and NPP substrate chemical cleaning or CMP (chemical and mechanical
polishing) will be an added advantage.
·
Instrumental skills in AFM or laser optic
inspection tool will be an added advantage.
·
Knowledge in statistical software application.
·
Good engineering sense and analytical skill.
·
Strong leadership.
·
Good working attitude and adaptability to
dynamic working environment.

Principal Engineer (Lube Process Development)
|
Responsibilities
·
Develop process for new product with good
interface between Lube/Carbon as well as Media/HDD.
·
Understand chemical relationships between lube
and carbon surface.
·
Carry out specifically to process capability
and development programs.
·
Bridging new product transfer from company
counterpart. Focus on process transfer with duplication of exact concept
followed continuous process improvement (CIP), from KPI’s of quality, yield
and PPH in PN during mass ramping up.
·
Develop cost saving initiatives via process
development including continuous process improvement.
·
Work with Materials and Purchasing teams on
second source development of process critical IDM for business continuity,
cost reductions and End of Life planning.
·
Work with Equipment, Technology &
Automation (ET&A) team on advance equipment and instrumentation
technology development to provide BIC technology from output, yield, quality
and cost standpoint; continuous improvement of machines
·
Carry out FMEA studies for process/equipment
readiness and improvement as well as pre-solving quality issues.
·
Perform instruments monitoring and improvement
in performance by carrying out Gauge R&R and Evaluation Measurement
Procedure (EMP) Studies.

Requirements
·
Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
·
Having experience in post sputter media
industry or HDD industry is strongly encouraged to apply.
·
Instrumental skills in Atomic force microscopy
(AFM) or laser optic inspection tool will be an added advantage.
·
Knowledge in statistical software application.
·
Good engineering sense and analytical skill.
·
Strong leadership.
·
Good working attitude and adaptability to
dynamic working environment.
·
Good in-depth knowledge of materials /
lubrication structure.
·
Good teamwork and innovative for design of
experiment (DOE).

Senior Engineer (Sputter Yield Development)
|
Responsibilities
·
Maintain yield and quality which align to
Media Operation goal and target.
·
Monitor yield and quality indicator to make
sure no abnormalities and do troubleshooting for any issue related to yield
and quality.
·
Improve yield and quality through breakthrough
in design and process set up.
·
Coordinate any evaluation related to yield and
quality with minimum supervision.
·
Accountable for new product transfer and
support NPI group during product development until product transfer stage.
·
Identify potential of yield, quality and
sputter utilization issue for new product and work closely with related
parties to solve the issue in the beginning stage.
·
Establish yield and quality guideline to
NPI/Operation/equipment groups to reduce troubleshooting time and minimize
issue that induce by equipment.
·
Work closely with other areas to solve any
interaction defects issue e.g. POSCIR, IrrPMR etc.
·
Provide guidance during working time and
sharing experience to new engineers.
·
Drive or handle specific projects for yield /
quality or utilization improvement.

Requirements
·
Master / Bachelor Degree in Physics / Material
/ Mechanical Engineering (or any similar principles).
·
Minimum 1 - 3 years of related working
experience in manufacturing environment.
·
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge in sputtering technology and
troubleshooting skill will be an added advantage.
·
Report writing and presentation skill.
·
