Required Skills
1. Excellent command of the English Language both written and verbal
2. Excellent customer service skills and time management skills
3. Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Committed to work in teams and ability to share their knowledge for the benefit of the team and service.
5. Strong problem solving and analytical aptitude and willingness to continually develop their skills
6. 6-18 months experience on a first line Helpdesk
7. Vista knowledge (Intermediate / Expert) in troubleshooting will be added advantage
8. **Remote Access knowledge (ie, VPN,Citrix, Blackberry redirection service or OTP) will be an added advantage**
Working Location: Cyberjaya
Working Hours: 24/7 (rotating shift hours & rotating off day)
