6. 6-18 months experience on a first
line Helpdesk
7. Vista knowledge (Intermediate /
Expert) in troubleshooting will be added advantage
8. **Remote Access knowledge (ie,
VPN,Citrix, Blackberry redirection service or OTP) will be an added advantage**
Working Location: Cyberjaya
Working Hours: 24/7 (rotating shift
hours & rotating off day)
