We are a newly established Japanese electronics company with 20 years footprint

in Malaysia since 1992, and renowned in small and medium TFT LCD for GPS,

DSG, Hand phone etc markets. Due to our expansion, we are looking for

Entrepreneurial employees with proven experience in plant Production.

Job Title: Production Technician

Job Description

1) To responsible for daily plant Preventive Maintenance (PM) work on all

available machinery and equipment in the plant and to carry out service, repair,

modify parts on machine and equipment.

2) To involve in special projects involving fabrication of metal parts on minor jobs

such as jig and fixtures.

3) To involve in troubleshooting activities on machines during break-down.

4) To responsible for up-keeping/maintaining of individual small parts inventory,

tools and equipment which allocated to you.

5) To carry out machine inspection by following the requirements specified in the

Machine Operation Check Sheet.

6) To scrap control via maintaining machine at optimum conditions prior to

production commence.

7) To analyze and resolve work problems, by reviewing yield data (Access

System)

Job Requirement

1) Possess with Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) with 1

year relevant working experiences.

2) Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply.

3) Familiar with QC7 tools and FMEA problem solving tools.

4) Well verse in ISO 90002 & ISO 140001 requirements.

5) Possess good organizing and analytical ability as an added advantages.

6) Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

7) Willingness to work shift routinely
