Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) is a non profit company, limited by guarantee, wholly owned by the Ministry of Education. EMGS was created as a one-stop-centre for international student management and tasked with the promotion of Malaysia as an international education destination.
As part of our expansion plan, we invite dynamic, enthusiastic & goal-oriented individuals to fill the following positions:
Manager, International Student Management Services
Kuala Lumpur – Menara TA One
Responsibilities:
1. Operations and Project Management:
• To manage the daily processing of foreign student visa, oversee the entire application process and recommend process improvements.
2. Relationship Management:
• Effective liaison with the Immigration Department in the visa application process and coordination with internal teams for optimum efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum Degree holder (at least Grade 44 in government scheme or related).
At least 5 years work experience in management preferably in a contact centre
environment/customer service environment.
Fluency in both written and spoken (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
Proficient in MS Office and PC applications.
Good Project Management skills.
A team leader and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast moving and dynamic work environment.
