• Planning
& service visit entries for Service Dept and administration support work.
• Ensure all
documents are validated for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure all
data is inputted onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
• Build
strong relationships with both internal and external contacts.
Requirements:
• Minimum
Diploma/Degree holder in related field
• Minimum 1
year experience in administrative and support environment
• Good
communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
• Good
planning and organisational skills with attention to details.
• Ability to
priorities tasks with effective time management
• Able to
handle timelines without affecting quality of work.
• Customer
oriented
• Results
