Application Customer Engineer - Expert
Responsibilities:
As a Post Sales Application Engineer located in Malaysia for the Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis Group (LSCA) of Agilent Technologies you will provide support to customers on Agilent Chromatography Instrumentation (GC/LC/GC-MS/LC-MS) and/or Spectroscopy Instrumentation (UV/AA/ICP OES/ICP MS/FTIR/Dissolution). Your primary responsibility will be providing remote phone, on-site technical & applications support, and customer training. You MUST be fluent in English, both written and verbal.

In addition to those activities defined above, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Establishing and maintaining a highly responsive relationship and effective communication with customers, sales reps, peers and other departments within Agilent to ensure customer satisfaction
Reports to and works closely with the local Customer Service Manager.
Provides remote phone for application support for customers.
Assists with applications development of specialist team.
Maintains communication within the entire platform support community.
Monitor training gaps and recommend curriculum for customers.

R&D Mechanical Architect - Master
Responsibilities:-
Responsibilities:
Define and design mechanical architecture for new instruments/equipment.
Lead and involve in mechanical platform and technology building block (TBB) development activities.
Lead one or more mechanical design teams during product design and issue troubleshooting.
Perform feasibility studies and come out with proposals for a new potential projects. The proposals consist of technical assessment, resources, schedule and BOM cost.

Consistently explore new way of designing instrument and equipment to make it more reliable, low cost, modular approach and compact.
Develop design specification, product specification and mechanical architectural documents.

Working with mechanical manager to defined mechanical technology road map, mechanical platforms development and technology building blocks.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements:-
Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Mechanical Engineering.

R & D Hardware Test Engineer - Expert
Responsibilities:

This R&D Hardware Test Engineer position offers the opportunity to work on Agilent’s Life Sciences & Chemical Analysis instruments. The test engineer will engage with the R&D EE, ME and FW design teams throughout the product development cycle to review the system architecture, product specifications and customer applications. The test engineer defines test strategies, designs test plan and test cases and executes tests to ensure product meets design specifications, quality & reliability, safety, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Review product specifications, project documentation, system requirements and customer applications.
Develop test plan and test cases to ensure coverage of requirements and application functionalities.
Develop test schedule and provide testing milestones input into project plans.
Lead test reviews and write test report.
Conduct the Design for Test analysis based on schematic and PCB accessibility study to enhance in-circuit test coverage.
Analyze product requirements, validate issues, drive debug and resolution of challenging issues to ensure products are released successfully
Requirements:

Malaysia Global Trade Manager - Expert
Description
Work proactively with key business partners (AOF/Manufacturing) to ensure compliant trade and non-trade imports and exports by Agilent's businesses and functions across all Malaysian ports of entry, including adherence to all applicable U.S./non-U.S., and local laws and regulations and with Agilent's policies.
Focus on compliance oversight of Agilent businesses.  Work specifically with the local customer care center and logistics personnel on requirements and strategies for their procedures and operations.  Provide training and awareness to these teams on their application to their teams.
Provide consulting and awareness on the key aspects of country of origin requirements for the manufacturing activity in Penang.
