ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
|
Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Malaysia Board of Pharmacy.

EXPERIENCE
|
Minimum 3 - 5 working experiences in pharmaceutical/health industry will be advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
|
- Overall responsibility for the operation of Production functions including planning to support Production activities in meeting quality, productivity, target, yield cost and customer’s satisfaction.
- Work with Planner to ensure the production schedules are available and work orders are on hand.
- Ensure that Production line running according to e schedules planned.
- Assess and optimize effectiveness of manpower utilization and project manpower requirement.
- Originate and assess measure design to improve production method/flow machineries/equipment performance, product/process, etc and recommend changes to method/flow.
- Confer with department heads to formulate programs regarding availability of production resources, maintenance’s of machineries/equipment, product/process, quality control, related production records and ensure operating costs and maintained at budgeted level.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and other relevant department to comply with cGMP requirements during production activities.
