Pharmacist
Responsibilities:-
- To oversee and ensure the provision of pharmaceutical service is in a safe, appropriate and cost effective manner.
- To utilize the knowledge in dispensing of drugs and provide drugs counseling to patients
- To advise the doctors on the drugs formulary available and suggest alternative options for unavailable product
- To manage the drugs inventory, including monitor individual drugs usage, maintenance of appropriate stock items, stock level, timely replenishment to ensure smooth operation.
- Supervise the dispenser to ensure no medication error and all regulatory requirements are complied with.
Requirements:-
- Degree in Pharmacy from recognized tertiary institution.
- Registered with the Malaysia Pharmaceutical Board and possess a valid practicing license
- 3 – 5 years experience preferable in a hospital setting with at least 1 -2 years experience in supervisory level.
- Mature personality with good communication skills and ability to interact well with people.
