Jawatan kosong terkini di Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBA) Mei 2016. Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan untuk mengisi kekosongan jawatan kosong di Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBA) sebagai :

1. ASSISTANT MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT)
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT)
3. SENIOR TECHNICIAN (OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT)
4. PENGAWAL KESELAMATAN 




1) ASSISTANT MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT)

Responsibilities:
  • Review Financial Statements for all Companies & Group Level
  • Review Group Quarterly Financial Report & Annual Audited Financial Statements to Bursa Malaysia
  • Review Financial Reports, Data & Analysis for annual report & AGM
  • Prepare yearly budget for PBA Management Committee
  • Prepare Group financial & non-financial statistic to SPAN/MWA (monthly/quarterly/yearend)
  • Supervising Accounts Payables section for all companies
  • Supervising Fixed Assets Section for all Companies
  • Supervising General Ledger Section for all companies
  • Ensure GST matters and filing is done on time
  • Supervising the Corporate Income/Deferred Taxation Section for all companies
  • Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time

Requirement:
  • Degree in Accountancy or recognized professional accounting qualification
  • MIA member
  • Minimum six (6) years working experience in Finance
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision


2) ASSISTANT MANAGER (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Software implementation and deployment of one or more of PBAPP current critical Applications
  • To manage and coordinate the activities of the team to meet users expectations with regards to team performance, deliverables and schedules
  • To conduct feasibility study, plan and write specifications for system development and enhancement of new or existing business solutions with decision support information and capability
  • To review and enhance existing procedures and application systems to satisfy user requirement and optimize the utilization of the resources
  • To analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies in the system
  • To ensure proper documentation of system and programming changes
  • To take care and ensure that the safekeeping of all source codes and other assets under the knowledge management section
  • To supervise, lead and guide developers from technical aspects

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or any other related IT related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in software development and support with at least five (5) years in managing an IT team
  • Broad knowledge in programming, software/application and databases.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong Analytical Skill

 
3)SENIOR TECHNICIAN (OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all relevant statistics documents prepared on time frame
  • Monitoring all statistics from district in order
  • Ensure all monthly outstanding order is zerorised
  • Ensure all correspondences are given feedback within specified time frame
  • Ensure all claims are completely documented and processed
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification approved by MQA
  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Technical knowledge in Water Treatment & Distribution/ Pipe laying, repair and maintenance
  • Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Office. Ability to use other Engineering software (AutoCAD etc.) is an added advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess supervisory, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment

4) PENGAWAL KESELAMATAN (KONTRAK) 
 
  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
  • Keutamaan untuk calon lelaki
  • Berumur 20-35 tahun
  • Bagi pemohon yang terdiri daripada bekas anggota polis atau tentera had umur sehingga 45 tahun
  • Anggota Polis Bantuan digalakkan untuk memohon
